                              'take what you make' chocolate workshop

              Visit our workshop in Pontypool, near Cwmbran and try out your creative skills as you make your own moulded chocolates. Fill them with fondant cream or just leave them as a solid chunks of mouth-watering Belgian chocolate. Learn how to create your own soft, creamy fudge, dark chocolate ganache or Welsh vanilla creams and then hand roll your own rum truffles. Finally dip them all in bowls of tempered, melted chocolate and sprinkle with sugar strands, coconut or chocolate flakes.

Whatever chocolates you make on the day are packaged up, tied up with ribbon and taken home. Ideal to indulge yourself later on or perhaps a friend or family member may be lucky enough to receive some as a gift.

You'll also be given a short talk explaining how chocolate gets from the bean to the bar and be able to sample our recipes along the way.
